Forró Beginners Course - Course

Learn the fun popular Brazilian partner dance with us!

With the sounds of accordion, zabumba (drum) and triangle, forró is what you make out of it. From slow-dancing to fast movements on the dance floor, this dance has something for everyone!

This is a 6-week beginner courses after you will already be knowing your way around the dance floor.

You will learn about: Basics of forró and a variety of turns.

Come along, by yourself, with a partner or with some friends, and dance with us!

FOOTWEAR: for the followers, please do not wear any kind of heels for this dance! Wear flat comfortable shoes (ballerinas, flat dancing or gymnastic shoes, light and bendable sneakers) or just dance in socks or barefoot. For the leaders, go comfy as well. Sneakers, light trainers or go Brazilian with Hawaianas or barefoot.
